90% of the covers ALCO sells are made out of the 18oz Vinyl. While both materials are very strong and have the same appearance most customers choose the thicker material. Vinyl material is not a fabric, rather it is a PVC material which is very slick.
How can the outdoor furniture covers avoid moisture or condensation from the inside?

You mentioned that the tarps are waterproof. What happens when snow/rain accumulate on its surface? Does it sift through the cover at some slow rate? Or are they 100% waterproof? Yes, those are covered by our warranty. Warranties apply only under conditions of normal use and does not apply to defects which result from negligence, misuse, unapproved modification, or accidents.

For now, we do not have an installation team to personally instal the curtains. Our curtains are easy to install and the package comes with an istallation guide.
Is the 12 oz material which is cheaper indicate low quality cover?

For regular weather conditions the 12oz vinyl is a great material at a slightly less expensive price. Vinyl is a material which is very slick making it easy to clean unlike other polyester covers which are similar to canvas. Canvas harbors mold and stains that are very hard to wipe off unlike the ALCO Vinyl custom furniture covers which are slick.

You can request a lear vinyl but it still needs to be check with the production and the cost is much higher.

We recommend the Roll Off Dumpster Hardcover. We haven't received any issues with snow and this product.
