Insulated machine and equipment covers are custom-made thermal covers that hold heat in and help prevent freeze-ups on machinery, tanks and outdoor equipment. A 3/8" insulated core with an R3 rating is sealed between heavy-duty vinyl or 700D polyester skins, so the cover keeps a steadier temperature in extreme cold or heat while blocking rain, snow, wind, UV and dust.
Each cover is made to order from your equipment's measurements, in any size or shape. The slick vinyl skin sheds water and wipes clean.

What Is An Insulated Cover?
A Thermal Barrier For Your Equipment
An insulated cover is a fitted cover with a layer of insulation sealed inside a waterproof outer skin. The insulation slows heat moving in or out, so equipment stays warmer in winter and cooler in summer, while the skin keeps out rain, snow and dust.
Ours use a 3/8" batting rated R3, fully enclosed so it never gets wet. For a thicker cover with a higher R-value, request a quote and we can help.

Internal Batting
The insulated covers are about 3/8" thick and have an R3 rating. The batting is not exposed to the elements, as it is tightly secured under the outer skins.
