Patio Furniture Covers – Warranty

  • ALCO warrants its Vinyl Patio Furniture Covers to be free from defects in materials and workmanship to the following extent: In the event defects in workmanship or materials are reported to ALCO within 5 years of the date of order, the company will repair or replace, at its option, such defects or products to eliminate the defect.
  • ALCO warrants its Fabric Patio Furniture Covers to be free from defects in materials and workmanship to the following extent: In the event defects in workmanship or materials are reported to ALCO within 3 years of the date of order, the company will repair or replace, at its option, such defects or products to eliminate the defect.

Commercial Curtains – Warranty

  • ALCO warrants its Indoor Curtains to be free from defects in materials and workmanship to the following extent: In the event defects in workmanship or materials are reported to ALCO within 5 years of date of order, the company will repair or replace, at its option, such defects or products to eliminate the defect.
  • ALCO warrants its Outdoor Curtains to be free from defects in materials and workmanship to the following extent: In the event defects in workmanship or materials are reported to ALCO within 1 year of date of order, the company will repair or replace, at its option, such defects or products to eliminate the defect. This does not include damage resulting from environmental conditions that include, but are not limited to wind, rain, temperatures and UV light.
  • ALCO warrants its Curtain Tracks to be free from defects in materials and workmanship for the lifetime of ownership of the purchasing party. The Company will repair or replace, at its option, such defects or products to eliminate the defect.

Other Product Warranty Conditions

  • ALCO provides a wide array of products and materials each with different warranties. Please ask your sales person for warranties based on your specific quote.
  • Online shopping cart items will have the warranty called out on the page at the top or the bottom.
  • ALCO covers are not made for road transportation / travel as that is not their intended use. Any warranty arising from such damage will not be considered.
  • Stated warranties are from shipment date to the original owner.

General Warranty Conditions

  • In no event will the cost of this obligation exceed the net selling price of the item as covered by your invoice.
  • Warranties apply only under conditions of normal use and does not apply to defects which result from negligence, misuse, unapproved modification, or accidents.
  • THERE ARE NO OTHER WARRANTIES, EXCEPT AS EXPRESSLY SET FORTH ABOVE, EITHER EXPRESSED OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING ANY WARRANTY OF MERCHANTS ABILITY OR FITNESS FOR ANY PARTICULAR PURPOSE. The Company’s liability with respect to its installation shall not exceed that expressly set forth above, irrespective of the theory upon which any claim might be based, including breach of contract, warranty, negligence or strict liability in tort, and under no circumstance shall the company be liable for incidental or consequential damages.
  • The company’s responsibility and obligation under this agreement is limited to the exchange of any defective part which may be returned and which proves defective. This warranty does not include the loss of business, cost of labor, damages or other miscellaneous expenses incurred in serving the unit.

Terms and Conditions For Missing or Wrong Content

  • Missing or wrong content must be relayed to ALCO within 90 days. This is the amount of time we can file a claim with shipping carriers.
  • If your order does not included quoted content, or you suspect missing content, ALCO must be immediately notified immediately before installation.
  • Do not install your order as it will need to be returned for repair or to remedy what is missing.
  • Under no circumstances will ALCO be liable for expenses related to missing content or content that was not quoted.
  • In no event will the cost of this obligation exceed the net selling price of the item as covered by your invoice.
  • In no event will any costs be deducted from an ALCO invoice by means of the customer using non ALCO personal to perform fixes, repairs, or installations of content that was not included, missing, or defective without the express written consent of an ALCO representative.
